 Fresh Voice Session Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and part of our mutual commitment to your success (and our other clients’) means we all respect the value of each other’s time. To accommodate both ends of this spectrum, here are the boundaries we’ve set for encouraging that mutual commitment…

  • If we need to change a reschedule session, we will give you two business days’ notice. (This means if a Monday session needs to be rescheduled, we will inform you no later than close of business on Thursday.) We ask you to return the favor.
  • If you need to reschedule on the same day, you’ll be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. (If your session is part of a pre-paid plan, you will be charged a penalty fee equivalent to 25% of the value of the a la carte service.) If we need to reschedule on the same day, we will refund in a similar fashion, unless there are extenuating circumstances as listed below.
  • If you do not call to cancel your session or do not show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service, and similarly charged 50% as above if you are on a pre-paid plan.)

As we said, life happens! If there are extenuating circumstances, such as a medical emergency, and neither you nor another person is able to reach us, these fees may be waived at the discretion of your coach.
